Thanksgiving Day is almost here, and people are getting ready to meet their loved ones and friends and spend time together to offer thanks for the blessings in their lives. Like any festivity that involves food preparation and partying, injuries and illnesses are likely during Thanksgiving as well. Physician practices and EDs may witness patients coming in with such concerns. • have a small dinner party with people in your household
  • prepare traditional recipes for family and neighbors
  • share recipes in ways that avoid in-person contact

While physicians are busy treating patients this holiday season, they can rely on professional medical coding companies to take care of the claim submission work.
